A world of flavor, anchored in St. Augustine.
Freeze-dried herbs, whole dried mushrooms and whole dried chiles, one ingredient per jar, packed and shipped from St. Augustine. Rum cakes from Madi Rum, gift bundles, and the Ship's Store alongside.
From distant shores to coastal tables
The everyday shelf
Eight herbs, freeze-dried whole and used straight from the jar. No rehydrating, no chopping, no half-bunch going soft in the fridge.

Mushrooms dried whole
Oyster, shiitake, porcini. Dried whole so the flavour concentrates rather than scatters, and the soaking liquid is stock, so don't pour it away.
Shop Forager Mushrooms →From a gentle warmth to a real kick
Three whole dried pods, sold whole rather than ground. Toast them, steep them, or crush them to order. Every one carries the same 1-to-4 grading, so the distance between an ancho and a chile de árbol is a number rather than a guess.
The ancho sits at 1,000 to 2,000 Scoville. The árbol runs 15,000 to 30,000. Both live on the same shelf.
